The therapist draws a smooth hand-held tool along the facial meridians — the jaw line, the brow ridge, beside the nose — with slow, controlled pressure, working toward the lymph nodes.拨筋面部护理（面部拨筋）是以拨筋为主的脸部疗程。拨筋是中国传统手法：理疗师手持光滑的拨筋板，沿着面部经络 —— 下颚线、眉骨、鼻翼两侧 —— 缓慢而稳定地施力，并往淋巴结的方向带。
