A lymphatic drainage massage in Singapore costs about $90 to $220 for 60 minutes at regular prices. A 90-minute clinical session runs to about $260, and first-trial offers start at about $78 to $90.

Those figures come from what seven Singapore providers published on their own websites on 5 October 2026: spa and wellness centres, an aesthetic spa, a TCM clinic and a clinical practice. Here is how they break down, and why the same three words can cost $90 in one place and $258 in another.

Four things that change the price

  1. GST. Singapore’s GST is 9%. A price shown “before GST” at $218 is $237.62 at the counter. “Nett” means nothing is added.
  2. Trial price or regular price. A first-trial rate is often half the regular rate or less — $89.88 against a regular $183.12 at one spa. Ask what the second visit costs.
  3. Fees on top. A clinic may add an assessment or consultation fee for first-time customers. Where we saw one, it was $27.25.
  4. Who does it, and what is included. A spa lymphatic massage is a light, relaxing full-body treatment. A clinical session costs more because it includes a consultation and sometimes other therapies in the same visit.

One more thing to check: whether the rate only applies if you buy a package.

If you have lymphoedema after surgery or cancer treatment, none of this applies to you. You need a certified lymphoedema therapist working with your doctor, not a spa and not us.

What we charge, and how ours is different

We do not do conventional light-touch lymphatic drainage. We do Bojin: a smooth ox-horn tool worked along the meridians with firmer pressure, which releases tension and encourages drainage in the same session. The difference is explained in our guide to lymphatic drainage massage in Singapore.

  • RS Detox Underarm Bojin, 50 minutes — usually $198, now $68 nett. The underarm holds one of the body’s largest clusters of lymph nodes.
  • RS Pain Relief Leg Bojin, 50 minutes — usually $198, now $68 nett. For heavy, swollen legs.
  • RS Slim + Tummy Bojin, 50 minutes — usually $198, now $68 nett.
  • Any two treatments — usually $396, now $98 nett.
  • Rejuvenation Bojin Facial, 80 minutes — usually $298, now $58 nett. Facial drainage is part of it.

Is it worth paying for?

For fluid retention, yes. A puffy face in the morning, swollen ankles after a flight, legs that feel heavy by mid-afternoon — drainage work has a real and usually visible effect on these.

For detox or fat loss, no. Your liver and kidneys clear toxins, and the centimetres that come off after a session are water.

Which kind to pay for depends on what you carry. If you want something very gentle and purely relaxing, a conventional lymphatic massage is the right choice. If you hold tension as well as fluid — desk shoulders, tight calves, a clenched jaw — the firmer Bojin approach usually does more in one session.

How much is lymphatic work at RENEU?

Is lymphatic drainage massage worth it?
For fluid retention, such as a puffy face or heavy, swollen legs, yes: the effect is real and usually visible. It does not detox the body or burn fat, and the effect fades if the cause, such as long hours sitting or a salty diet, is still there.

值得花这笔钱吗？

针对水肿，值得。早上起来脸肿、坐完飞机脚踝肿、下午腿就开始沉 —— 排导对这些有真实、通常也看得见的效果。

如果是为了排毒或减脂，不值得。排毒是肝和肾在做，做完少掉的那几公分是水。

要选哪一种，看您身上带着什么。想要很轻柔、纯放松，一般的淋巴按摩比较适合。如果除了水肿还有紧绷 —— 久坐的肩膀、紧绷的小腿、咬紧的下颚 —— 力道较扎实的拨筋，一次通常能处理得更多。
